My tires were low on tread and my brake rotors were badly warped. I selected Dunlop Roadsmart sport touring tires and, to prevent a repeat of the rotor problem, I selected Galfer Wave Rotors (R). These rotors are shaped to dissipate heat evenly to prevent warping. They don't make a rear rotor for my bike so I put an EBC rotor there. Update: Evidently the Galfer Wave Rotors are a big gimmick. The new rotors warped very early in the trip. I would NOT buy them again.
