While I may not be able to thank you personally, I'd like you to know that I appreciate all your comments for they will inspire me to do better.
It all started when I first picked up a camera to help my little brother with his school project. I even played model so that he could have something to hand-in to his teacher. From then on, my dreams about photography grew......
My very first camera was a Soviet-made, manual camera. It was really faithful to me and never broke down until I opted for P&S toys. But those days I could hardly afford any SLR, my closest encounter was to touch one at the Singapore Changi airport. Whenever I went on business trips, I'd always made it a point to get to the airport early so that I could sit in front of the camera shop and dream. And that was history...
Now I'm enjoying with my Nikon D80 plus Nikkor 18~200mm lens. Occasionally, I'll partner with Nikkor 50mm for portraits and Tamrom 90mm for macros. No,no..I will not let my Nikon F80 die rotting for she has made my BW so memorable.
Most of all, the sharing and learning experience on PBase has made me a better person.
