Cool, you should sell some of her early work on eBay, and she'll become rich in no time :) I like the 3D-effect here that the water on the right side gives it. I can even see some white foam in the upper part of the water, a reef is up there I presume ;-)

It looks more like a big dog nuzzling a blue lady. It is colorful and eye catching.

The colors are so bright and pretty that all the ships will see it and pass safely by
your lighthouse, Bug! Great job. And your mom's photo isn't bad either!

I also own one of Bug's original pieces. I proudly display it in my China Cabinet because it is such a precious gift! She is quite the little artist. Tell her this is a superb work of art! Beautiful job, Bug!

I'm a lightkeeper, have been for over 35 years.
I seen and worked at a few lightstations and seen a great many lighthouse pictures.
Tell Bug that I like her picture, especially the bold colours.
