You find the strangest things in a hospital. I caught this knee staring off into the parking lot through this window. I'm not sure what it was thinking. Perhaps it was longing to go for a walk in the fresh air. Little did it know that there was not much fresh air in Newark. Perhaps it didn't realize that it would be alone in the World for there are not many isolated knee joints running around. Perhaps that was it. This knee was wishing to be part of a larger whole. I believe that that is precisely what most of us are looking for...to belong.
Then again, maybe somewhat just left it there.
