A selection of photographs taken along the course of the river Wear. This river starts as a small stream high on the Durham moors and flows through county Durham and the county of Tyne and Wear before reaching the sea at Sunderland. On the way it passes through some beautiful countryside and and passes by and under some magnificant man made structures including Durham cathedral. There are some lovely walks along its banks for all seasons.
