A series of coastal seascapes shot near St. Mary's Lighthouse, Whitley Bay in late May. Whilst the sky was bright the wind was howling from the north making working conditions very unpleasant. Roll on summer!!

A couple of days later the weather did get considerably warmer and the shots from South Shields were taken on a pleasant balmy evening. British weather!!
