Jean, I am awed by your photos! Your artistic interpretation of the everyday is extraordinary! Love the macros, among others. You inspire me to find a photography class and find my own interesting subjects! Thank you for allowing to see through your eye!
Hi Jean! I just added you to my fave usergroup list. Good to see you on here!
Jean , I finally looked at some of your stuff, but only some of your galleries. I've always liked your photos, but you have grown so MUCH, I couldn't have seen more than a few of the galleries since I looked in 2006. I don't focus on the technical, I just know what I like. Stunning is the only word I can use. I think you are really ready for publication for many, many of your photos. I will look again soon. Thank you for being you, and the photographer that you are.
Jean, I've never had the time until now to look at your gallery, and I know now how much I've been missing. It was a wonderful experience just to see the world through your lens. You have the eye and the skill of a true artist. Your images are extraordinary. Thanks for sharing them. When you get a minute, drop me a line. I'd love to get in touch.
One world. Stunning.
Your photos ignite a lot of inspiration.
How can I use a pic from you that is copyrighted
thanks Mike Smith
Jean, these are magnificent. I can't say all the technical things, I just know I love your pictures. So many different kinds of subjects, such vibrant colors, and such a great artistic eye I think you have.
Thank you for your kind words on my California trip pictures. I really love the vibrant color and crispness of your work as welll as your subject matter. Really good stuff!
Hi - long time no see - are you going on Dave's trip at the end of March? Iris, myself, maybe Carole will all be there.
how are things?
Beautiful photos... and Serena was very honored you included her, too! I really liked the reflection shots. Thank you for the inspiration! Marilyn
thanks for the visit and you really into flowers yourself he :)
I'll have to come back and you're always welcome too! Sorry for the late reply
Great pictures, Jean. I love your flowere and butter and butterfly pictures because I have tried for years to get some good ones. My big problem----I don`t like to use a tripod.
Keep up the good work.
nice homepage you've got!
keep up the good work
I was recently up in the Eastern Sierra with the SCCC. Are you doing Dave's trip in October?
Jean, what gorgeous images you have just beautiful
Photographing in public places downtown-even when you're on the side walk-has become off limits since 9/11. I am always harrassed by security guards and usually just walk away. But the day I was in the Metro station, I walked away from the wrong person apparently - he was an LA Co. Sheriff! The next day when he saw me he detained me.
Thanks for the comments on my PAD. The photos of people going to work were taken before I was threatened with being handcuffed and arrested. Don't know if I will go back even if I have a permit to photograph. This is what you deal with as a "street photographer" in LA .
What a beautiful collection of flowers. Jill & I especially liked the sunflower. Did you add the blue background? I think you are on the cusp of a new career. Blessings. Wes
Beautiful! (I don't have an e adr right now. Let you know when I do.
You have some nice images in your galleries. I especially like your Yosemite gallery. Your shot of Checkerboard Mesa from Zion is very nostalgic as my wife and I were there about 2 years ago -- Zion is breathtaking! Keep up the good work.
