Hi Jack! It's Pat (we met at Rusty and Julie's house - Toss Up rocks!!!). Anyway,
loving the galleries. Julie is very proud of your work and shared the site with us. I wanted to ask kind of a general photography question. Brent wants to get a good digital camera that will take a decent photo in a dark auditorium (our boys are both in band). Our little automatic digital camera does not do well, even when set on dark setting or using flash. He wants to know if using a camera with an actual lens will help. Of course neither of us is into this hobby heavily, nor are we pros so it would have to be simple and relatively inexpensive. Any ideas? Just wondering.
Please tell you lovely wife hello and take care. Have a Merry Christmas!!!
First, I wanted to tell you I really admire your galleries, Beautiful pictures and an impressive piece of history (the underwater "old days" photography.
I also wanted to thank you for visiting and commenting on my galleries.
Thank you for your kind comment on my site. When I look at your images, I wish I had some of that talent!
Jack, Great work-I will bookmark your site and come often
Thanks again for the great advice
I was a Performer at Dollywood and you took a picture of me. I liked yje one of my fellow Performer Mason Brown so much I would like to see the one you tool of me. Are they available?
This is as close to perfect as it can get.
Simply astounding! Keep getting better ok?
Did you make it to Guadalupe and the great whites? Can't wait to see the photos!! Drop me line if you have a chance.
Thank you for the nice comments about my galleries. Yours are fascinating. I can think of nothing more interesting than underwater archeology. If I had only thought of that as a career 30 years ago, my life might have been completely different. I am now enroute to photograph great whites off of Guadalupe Island.
Great galleries. Nice to see some images of the early days of diving, thanks for sharing them,
