My name is Johnnie McGrew. I was stationed here in 64-67. I was in Co.B 78Eng. I was a Specialist E-5. Looking at the building straight ahead, my room was on the first floor second or third window to the left of main entry. Made E-5 and moved to second floor far left. Some of the best times of my life were spent there. I went into the Army at 17 and was shipped to Germany right after basic and second eight in Fort Gordon Georgia. if anyone was there at this time please e-mail me at johnniemcgraw18@gmail.com.Love to hear from you. Thanks!

My name is Jess Keopke,
I was stationed at the Rheinland Kaserne in Ettlingen in 1964. I was with the 502nd Engineer Floating Bridge company, and I am thrilled to find these pictures of the kaserne. I was transferred from the 502nd to the 55th Engineer Panel bridge company at Smiley Barracks in Karlsruhe after making SGT E5, and stayed at Smiley until I left Germany in late 1967.
