Muscles of the Earth

Walking deep below the surface through this slot canyon, the red sandstone wall was eroded in a way that reminded me of muscle fibers and tendons. Like some vivid depiction in an antique medical test book, the scene was not unlike being inside a wound in earth itself.

This is a truly beautiful interpretation and capture!....very different from most images I have seen of this holy grail of rock formations. The walls here look like passing clouds.
