julian baum--we have never met. through friends i have been directed to your galleries at phase. you must be a gifted, loving person, everyone of your photographs says something wonderful about all forms of life. the expressions, the glimpses, the love of your subject comes through in every photo. you are surely blessed with the eyes of love; it shows even in buildings how much you respect the work of man. i'll be gazing at your shots for a long time to come, even the older of them. cate
I'm surprised :). Lilly

I enjoy the composition and your use of ambient light. Since I don't have your photographer's eye, I have to spend more money on equipment. ;-)
Glad you liked my pictures of Bangkok. And yes, they were all taken with my Canon PowerShot S10. I've bought other cameras, later models with seemingly a lot more going for them, but returned them within days as I can't get the quality of pictures I want, i.e., green-yellow tint to the sky (& the skies in Thailand are an incredible blue) or the sky is washed out behind the subject. Anyway, thanks for the kind words.
