got it

North Providence, RI

After almost two months of watching, waiting, getting some passable shots, waiting some more, and
waiting, I finally got the kind of geese shot I've been hoping for. Completely, of course, by
accident. What is the phrase...better lucky than...something. All I know is that bird photographers
have a ton more patience than I seem to.

I still think this is stunning. It should be a nature magazine cover.

What a stunning shot, Jason! Some shots are worth waiting for and this is one of them. V.

Nice shot! Such graceful flight. I tried a few bird shots today when I took the dog to the park. I sucked big time. You're so right, it take a lot of patience..and a big telephoto! Both things are not in my plastic camera bag..
