Weeping willow

North Providence, RI

It was literally falling apart. Because of Irene's track my 4 foot by 8 foot plate glass living room window was sheltered
from the wind until the very end of the storm. It was interesting watching small branches sail over the roof and land in the pond.

You're right John, there are plenty of better reasons to let standards slip. Luckily a big wind eventually blew much of this debris into the pond...

Good photo Jason, now get out there with a broom, cant let standards slip just because of a hurricane.

Too bad for the willow but you captured the storm atmosphere very well. Glad nothing happened to your window!V!

Looks like you had quite the storm there. I bet it was interesting to watch. We don't get many good storms here at all.
