Atlantic arriving New York from Bermuda, shortly before Home Lines' absorbtion into Holland America.

Built in 1981, Atlantic was Home Lines' first newbuilding in some time. Only seven years later Holland America purchased Home Lines, and the Atlantic was sold to Premier Cruises (joining her venerable ex-running mate Oceanic). She was sold again to MSC in 1996, and sails today as MSC Melody.
