I started brewing beer in 2005 with a $30 Mr. Beer kit. Things have changed since then as far as hardware, but I still love doing it and it has let me tinker with all kinds of things that I enjoy doing (woodwork, gadegtry, metalwork, gadgetry, and gadgetry).
