Hello, friends! LOUVRE MUSEUM in Central Paris, a landmark of the famed city, is a historical monument and art museum which is the one most visited in the world. It was opened to the public in the year 1793 during the French Revolution. The more recently constructed and elegant Glass Pyramid in the courtyard was inaugurated in 1988, with the final completion in 1993. In this collection of images, I have only the general outer view of Lovre, as well as its immediate environs.

Near Louvre Museum, I have included images of Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel (Carousel Arch)or the grand Ax of Paris. This magnificant Arch was one of the two built by Napolean between 1806-08 to commemorate his victories and the grand army which won them.
