Togetherness

It is the relationship that Fenway and Della shared that I miss so much.
They were kind to each other and would always look out for one another.
They were so easy to walk together falling into a common rhythm as you strolled down the street.
It was hard to make progress as they made a striking pair.
People were always stopping us and commenting on them.
They both took it all in stride.

This is just a lovely, classic image of Fenway and Della, both so obviously content with one another. I looked through this gallery a few weeks ago, it is such a fine tribute to Fenway. What a special boy.

there is nothing so valuable, or so painful to lose, as a close friend...the empathy and bond evident here is to be treasured..

It is heartwarming. More people should have those proclivities
