This is my last shot of Himeji Castle, taken on the time I went there with the Walkers in June 2009. Had I know about the the restoration work earlier, I would have gone their for colour change in November 2009 and Sakura in April 2010. Oh well I am planning to remain in Japan indefinitely, so hopefully when the face lift is revealed in 2015 I'll be there to photograph it.
