An Airbus A330-300 with Rolls Royce Trent Engines. Not long after I went on this trip Cathay Pacific started having trouble with the Rolls Royce Trent Engines and had to ground their fleet of A330-300s for a while. During that time the flights from Perth to Hong Kong used a B747-300 which they leased from Singapore Airlines.

BTW I only scanned this image from the trip before coming to Japan and left the negatives at my parents house, maybe I'll collect them on my first visit back to Perth and see if I can get photo station K here in Nagaokakyo to scan them for me.
