We stayed in a bedroom upstairs of a church (which is a house that has been converted into a church) which was right near to Nagaokakyo Hankyu Train Station.

Note that this place doesn't have tatami flooring in this bedroom so it wasn't so comfortable, but I still managed to sleep.
