The area was thick with a white dust from the lime. Only when a breeze came up did the air clear enough so that I could take an image, as with this picture. One person was wearing a mask to filter out the dust but all of the rest of the workers inhaled the dust while they worked. Some attempt was made to water down the area but it had little to no effect.
