His wife waits.

Having just received some money his wife looks on and he casts a glance at her. They are both old and he is disabled. The bleakness of this image reminds me of what it must be like to have to beg for money because you have little other choice. Sometimes I find my images a little depressing.

I am not sure why what I have said about "a little depressing' was taken wrong but I do find some of the images depressing. What I also mean to say is that it makes working them and presenting them hard and sad. I wish these events did not take place but when they do and if I can, I document the situation.

I was also wondering about that comment. after looking at so many of these images, beautiful as they are, I can not imagine not feeling very sad. and very inspired to give give give
