HDR was used to bring out the deep orange and greens of this fibrous fruit. It looks like a huge candy corn with vivid colors. The orange area is was is cut from the green and chewed on. Traditionally the sections have been cooked down to make a syrup from he juice or the sections are chewed, as they are very sweet when when ripe.
