It is a noted fact by users of this black pepper, that it has some of the best taste in the world. The farm is going totally organic now and faces challenges not only with organic, but also with the constant requirements of growing plants in this wet environment.

The College of Micronesia research and extension division was represented by three of its members.

For the first part of the meeting, under a roof, it rained heavily. Once it was time to go into the field nature proved to be merciful and the rain lightened and then stopped.
