I found this marker at Memory Hill Cemetery, Milledgeville, Ga. I wonder if the Admiral was kin to our Wil(l)coxes? His death at sea from his flagship remains a mystery to this day. When "Man Overboard" was called a check of the ship's roster showed all men present. But the Admiral was missing.
