Lucie kindly scanned and sent me a few historic pictures of Lagow; from her childhood there. These three last pictures at the end of this gallery.

In your picture I recognized the home of my childhood. The house you show is just outside the castle gardens near the Berliner Tor. The address in my childhood was Johanniterstrasse 25.
Thank you for saving me a trip across the Atlantic . I never saw Lagow again and have made a new home in Canada, also near a lake.
I have many old pictures of Lagow from before the war. Is anybody interested in them?
