The importation of motorcycles with engines larger than 150cc was liberalized in July 2002 as part of Taiwan's WTO commitments. Less than 10,000 licensed big bikes are run on streets in Taiwan now. A new era of the big-bike-lovers had started...

Great pictures... It was your photo of Yangmingshan posted at http://www.bmwrt.com/ that caught my eye. I used to live in Taipei (1997 to 1999). When I lived there, I did not see many big bikes, except those in the shop on Chien-Kuo North Road (section 1), and never any on the road...

Has something changed in the ROC laws? When I was there, bikes (mopeds) were much smaller. Well I realize I just asked you a question... I'll try your e-mail too.

我自己也是一個喜歡攝影的人, 雖然也喜歡到處拍照, 但並不如您一般, 有著台灣各處風景, 甚至到國外去.
