Italy's equivalent of beaujolais nouveau, this light red wine is fermented
quickly from the September grape harvest, and at its best while young and fresh.
By law its release can't be earlier than the first week of November (usually
available from the 6th of that month), but supplies are soon exhausted -
although some does always make its way to Ischia!
Many Italian regions now have versions - with Venice, Milan, Sardinia,
Tuscany, Campania and Sicily amongst those we've found so far.
