:: Rediscovering Norwich ::
Pictures of Norwich, Norfolk and East Anglia - mostly taken since our return to my birthplace in the summer of 2013, with a few older ones thrown in.
The city of Norwich is famed for once having had 52 churches and 365 public houses within its walls.... keeping things in their proper proportion.

:: Norwich and Norfolk ::
Norwich is the main centre of the county of Norfolk, the sticky-out bit on England's eastern coast - and, prior to the
Industrial Revolution, was variously reckoned to be the country's second or third largest town.
Situated 100 miles north of London, it's famed for having had 52 churches and 365 pubs within its walls - and is celebrated
locally as "a fine city".... with the quotation, from 1851, actually describing my birthplace as "a fine OLD city", even back then!
:: The island of Ischia ::
Many pictures and some information about Ischia - largest of the islands in the Bay of Naples, our home for a decade from 2003 to 2013.
