The thermal spa resort of Lacco Ameno stands at the western end of Ischia's north coast.

With an archaeological museum whose collection includes a Greek wine vessel inscribed
with a drinking song that dates back almost 3000 years, Lacco is also where several of
the island's most renowned spa hotels can be found.
