Ardent Democrats gathering to watch their party take over the House, in a very redarea of western North Carolina. Converted to monochrome because of the horrendously difficult lighting conditions in the venue. While Democratic candidates did poorly in the heavily gerrymandered state they did pick up enough House seats to prevent the Republicans from overriding our beleagured Democratic Governor's vetoes.
