Original image plus two duplicate layers. Applied gaussian blur to the first duplicate. Put a layer mask on the top duplicate and then brushed through the skin areas at 100% to bring through the smoothed skin from the gaussian blur layer. Irises of eyes lightened a bit and rims or irises darkened.
