Click the link below to download a 6mb mpeg4 conversion of an A610 movie that was originally 106mb. Here's the process I used for the conversion:
First, I converted an audio from a CD using CDex
Next, I used Audacity to shorten and tweak the audio.
Used Virtual Dub to strip the audio from the AVI file. Saved in Virtual Dub as a Direct Stream Copy.
Opened Quick Time and went to File/Open/Audio and opened my sound file. Went to Edit/Select All/Copy
Opened Quick Time and opened the Video file.
Went to Edit/Add to Movie
Exported as an mpeg4 format using the H264 codec. Here are the settings you need to accomplish this in Quick Time: http://www.pbase.com/image/53810228
It took me playing two Chopin Waltzes for that file to be compressed, but it was worth it! http://isabelcutler.com/DirectStreamCutVersion.mp4
Music ends a bit abruptly. I'm still learning the video editing stuff!!!!
