Eggplant

One of the easiest and most prolific vegetables I've grown - Ichiban Eggplant. I only put in two plants and they're keeping me well supplied.

Flesh and lovely deep purple , we do have eddplant here in HK but have to buy them in the market. Great capture with the water drops. V

I love eggplant, and those are beautiful. Last night we watched the Seinfeld episode that had a story line about eggplant calzones. I think that sounds yummy!
