SIL60443 Patchwork Hills

If there was one set of camera equipment that would have been very helpful, it would have been a neutral density filter set so I could tone down the brightness of skies and get more detail in them. As it turned out I selected the skies and used curves adjustment to bring back some dynamic range - not entirely successful. Had I brought the ND filter kit I would no doubt be complaining about its bulk and bother of using it. Bracketing might have been an option and then hdr treatment in post processing, but I wouldn't want to bother with a tripod. Solution? Fewer landscapes????

Where time slowly passes by ... unchanged. A beautiful shot Isabel. Meanwhile, across the ocean, in a far away place, there's a little cat named Biggie who misses you a lot :)))
