Weight Watchers wouldn't approve, but my tastebuds certainly did. You can't tell from this image, but there were TWO fried pork chops on that plate and I was planning on bringing one home until I tasted one...absolutely the best pork chop I have ever eaten. The seasoning was just right, and surprise of surprises, not too salty. Almost all restaurant food, it seems to me, these days is too salty. As described in online reviews, the macaroni and cheese was outstandingly scrumptious (and swimming in butter - they should have used some of that instead of the Shedd's spread they served for the corn muffin). And...speaking of corn muffins...if was moist, tasty, just a little sweet, and thankfully didn't fall apart - one of my pet peeves about corn muffins. I was curious about the cabbage when I saw it on the menu and was delightfully surprised. It had just a hint of sweetness to it and gave a nice contrast to the other high fat offerings.
