I couldn't stand it any more. The tire around my middle was really bothering me. I spied "Flat Belly Diet" on my friends computer desk and asked to look at it. She hadn't tried the diet but said the recipes were good, so I ordered it from abebooks.com, my favorite source of bargain used books.
Made this for lunch today - it took a bit longer than I had hoped - I'm still waiting for the "healthy" pasta to serve it over. Tastes great WITHOUT the pasta. (By the way, I added garlic to the onions and celery...how can you make something like this WITHOUT garlic?)
