I first heard Marc Yaxley play at Season's Restaurant at Highland Lake Inn, in Flat Rock, North Carolina. I was mesmerized by his Brazilian/Jazz stylings and was thrilled to see he would be playing on Mother's Day at the Mountain Pie Company, in Hendersonville, NC. Gary Lockaby, another supremely gifted stylist, joined him and Bill and I sat right in front of them for the most enjoyable concert we ever experienced.

Marc, and the duo, have no CDs available for sale because he doesn't want to be involved in the commercial end of the music business - he is strictly an artist and wants to continue to enjoy playing what HE wants to play and HOW he's going to play it. If you love guitar music, played by masters, look for this duo.
