I saw these being prepared on "The Cooking Odyssey", which is shown on PBS' Explorer Channel. The show's website doesn't have the recipe posted yet, but I took notes and came up with a version that worked very well. We're having it for lunch today. It's got my thumbs up; remains to be seen what DH has to say.
