_MG_0105 Paper Wasp Tending Larvae

It's been fascinating watching the dedication day after day of this wasp mother as she tends her larvae. Nest is on the ceiling of my front entryway. Have you ever wondered at the brilliance of an insect that can create such a beautifully intricate and symmetrical nest?

It is really fascinating the patterns that Mother Nature can create, like the intricate spider webs and these symmetrical nests. Great capture!

Facinating ... and batting her wings to cool the nest on a hot day , quite amazing.
