Lighting Setup for Rickys Portrait which Follows

Lighting Setup for Ricky's Portrait which Follows

I have resurrected my interest in studio lighting after having bought Off Camera Flash Techniques for Digital Photographers by Neil Van Niekerk. Excellent book! (I bought the Kindle Version to use on my pc and with my ipad.
You can't see the jury-rigged counterweight I used the the hair light. I have two bricks sitting in a plastic bag on the light stand support assisted by two bungie cords! When I saw the 4.25 lbs of counterweight cost about $50 from B & H I decided upon the bricks. You have to be creative to save money. I used the ST-E2 to trigger the Canon Flashes wirelessly.
