It's an unusually warm November day and I went outside to cut back a huge chrysanthemum plant. Found this visitor under the debris. Threw down my gardening gloves and clippers and ran in the house to get my favorite insect-cam, the Fujifilm F30, one of whose settings I keep at f/8 with the flash on. Also have an exposure compensation of ABOUT minus 1. Have to press the macro button because that can't be programmed to remain set. I never fail to be amazed by the quality of macros I get from this camera. It's such a pleasure to use, despite the fact that it has no optical viewfinder and the lcd is small.
