After watching a tv chef use one of these hibachis, I thought it might be a nice size to use for just the two of us, and this boneless rib steak looks rather lost on it. First attempt last week yielded a steak that was soldered to the "pre-seasoned" grill. A few hours in the oven slathered in lard, cured the sticking problem and we really enjoyed our steak tonight, served with Italian dressing marinated sauteed colored peppers and baked potato.
