We enjoyed the food at Saigon Fast Food*, in Greenville, South Carolina, so much on our first visit a week or so ago that we returned and my husband tried this dish. I don't remember the "offical" name of the dish.
*It's definitely not FAST food and it'll take you a half hour to go through their at least one inch thick menu.
