From a recipe on Rasa Malaysia's website: http://rasamalaysia.com (restaurant style chinese greens) I used mature bok choy. I felt the amount of sauce was a bit scanty for the amount of bok choy that I used, so adjust quantities to suit your quantity of vegetables.
