Instructions: Left click on Selection brush. Use right or left hand square brackets (next to "P") to resize brush till circle is slightly larger than pupils. Select both pupils. Go to Enhance/Adjust Brightness/Contrast/Levels. Move left slider to right until pupils darken, but don't get unnaturally dark. Highlights will take on a color. Click OK. To remove that color, go to Enhance/Adjust Color/Hue/Saturation and move Saturation slider to left until color disappears. Click OK. That's all! If the eye has no highlights, use the eyedropper to pick up some white and size a brush to the necessary size for a highlight and place it naturally. Sometimes more than one small dot or unevenly sized dots are more natural looking. Same method will work for other color reflections. For cat eyes or eyes with irregular pupils use lasso to make pupil selection.
