Persimmon Bread

Made from this recipe: Mine took 65 minutes to bake, perhaps because of the glass pan? The pulp came from my very first crop of homegrown persimmons. It took many years to get a crop, but it was well worth the wait. They are sweet and delicious as is this bread. Looking forward to next year's crop.
