_MG_1631 Persimmon Blossoms

Lots of blossoms on our two persimmon trees. We've yet to have an edible fruit from them, but we can always hope. Update: Picked out first crop mid-September. Here it is (minus a few taste tests through which we learned we had to wait until the fruit was VERY soft. Otherwise it is extremely astringent.)
