I could barely see these in the bright sun outside and was sorry I hadn't ordered a Clearviewer ( http://clearviewer.com/ ) like the one my husband had on his Panasonic ZS3, with which he is deliriously happy. When I came home I ordered the one with the premium lens.

Doesn't the LX3 make fabulous close-ups?
