Proud of this original creation, Pete gave us one to try. Certainly "unique" among the breakfast offerings on menus around here! Delicious and maybe a bit too satisfying after emptying our other plates! ("Pete's Unique" was a quirky little restaurant in the space now occupied [Dec. 2016] by Joey's NY Bagels 2. Pete's was severely underfunded and went under after several months. So sorry to see it go because Pete was very creative and made really good food - my favorite of which was a fried green tomato and brown sugar crusted BLT.
